Intellectual Property Infringement Policy
If you believe that Mortuim5store has infringed your intellectual property rights, please follow the procedures below.
A. Procedure for Reporting Infringement
We respect intellectual property rights. It is our policy to:
- Remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe copyrights or other IP rights.
- Terminate repeat infringers when appropriate.
If you believe your work has been infringed, please send a notice including:
- Description of the copyrighted or IP-protected work, including registration numbers if applicable.
- Description of the material that is infringing, and where it appears on our website (with URLs or screenshots if possible).
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of one.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
B. Once a Valid Notice is Received
We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and may notify the content provider.
C. Counter Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Identification of the removed or disabled content and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your area.
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
We may restore the content in 10–14 business days if the original complainant does not file legal action.
Important Note
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents material or activity as infringing may be liable for damages, including attorney’s fees.
