1. Order Modification / Cancellation Timeframe

• You have a 2-hour window during business hours to cancel or modify your order after it’s been placed.
  After this timeframe, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations as processing begins immediately.
  
• Please note: Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may still be processed automatically, even if customer support is unavailable.
  

2. Important Information

• If your order requires design modification, we cannot guarantee timely delivery due to the extra time needed for design changes.
  
• Once a personalized order is finalized, it will be locked for processing. No further adjustments—including shipping details—can be made.
